Choosing particular premium such as 100 may have less liquidity many times as we dont know it could be ITM, OTM, DEEP ITM OTM so slippage will be very high which is not shown in this video

Yes, any time frame. Please remember, we are using trailing stop loss. So, stop loss is going higher and higher with price (if price goes up).

Yes, sure. Small traders can start with one lot of banknifty (15 quantity) on each side. That would require approx 3500/- to 4000/- capital. You can use brokers like Finvasia to save on brokerages as well.
