One of the few things that i like about living in the US is the fact that I get my fav chakka almost year round. In addition to the fresh fruits, we also get fruit in syrup and raw jackfruit in brine also (although I dont know what people do with it) . May be malayalis also need to can the fruits based on availability so that we can enjoy this delicious fruit..

Not a good idea to plant Vietnam super early in whole property. This jack fruit tree has a lot of diseases associated with it. Moreover the lifespan is also very less. Controlled planting with other fruit trees is good or with other variety of jackfruit plants with it.

താഴെ കായ്ക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് എല്ലാ ചക്കയും കിട്ടും.പിന്നെ ഉള്ള ഗുണം നവംബർ മാസത്തിൽ ചക്ക വിളവെടുക്കാം.നല്ല രുചി,ഇടിചക്ക,പഴം,ചിപ്സ് ഇതിനെല്ലാം യോജിച്ചതാണ്
