Sir, let me share what works for me. First time, I charge my devices fully to 100 percent. Then, as I use them, I drain them down to 10 percent before I charge them up. Only on few cases like, no power supply for few days or I traveled out of power reach that I drain all the juice on my powerbanks. Then, I charge them up again. Once, it is 100 percent, I unplug. Use recommended charging cable and adapters plus once it is full, unplug. Though, they have overcharge and undercharge protection. These tips have made my powerbanks last longer.

It is safe. But remember, each charging and discharge cycle goes into a tiny fraction of its lifespan. I don't want you confuse you, sir.... When you plug your powerbank into power, watch them once in a while. By the time you charge for like 4-5 times with same charger and cable, you will have an idea of time it takes to charge 5% or 10%. When it gets to 98/99/100%, save power by unplugging it. Don't leave it in power for long. Yes, they have overcharging and undercharging protection, but I prefer to unplug it myself. If you are not going to around to unplug it, remove it and keep it. And when it comes to using it, Drain it down to 10% before charging it up again. Use original oraimo cable and adapter for charging and discharging it. I Hope you understand now, sir?

Depending on the charging cable and charging adapter you are using. I will recommend you use original Cable like Oraimo 2.1A cable and their fast charging adapter on their website. It takes hours. Do you mean from 0% to 100%?!

@@BracketReviews because when I first bought it the percentage was in 79 I started charging from after 3 so let's say 4 till 7 30pm it went to 99 percent I waited till 8pm it didn't reach 100 and the power went out so I started using it, it's recently it started charging to 100 it's still ok right and recently also my phone is charging slowly from the power bank I don't know why
