I noticed that thr brush fixture comes up slightly from the handle, once switched on leaving a slight gap, i just recently bought the limited edition oral-b pro 3 3500 mine dies this too. However i did email Oral-B UK about this, they said it should not be coming away from the brush handle at all, once switched on.

good brushing , poor battery life , takes ages to charge , by now you think the top makes would be usb charging by now as most people have more usb ports than those clunky shaver sockets ?
