This recipe is modified from the original recipe by Gracious Treats. Thank you GT.
1 block of 227g ( 1 cup) salted butter
180g ( 1 cup ) fine semolina ( rava)
180ml ( roughly 1/2 cup )
fresh orange juice
70g ( 1/2 cup) all purpose flour
70g ( 3/4 cup) ground almond
110g ( 1/2 cup) castor sugar
t tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
4 eggs gred B
1 tbsp sunquick
orange zest from 2 big oranges
30g chocolate rice ( roughly 2 tbsp)
7" cake tin. Bake at 160c for 50 mins

Hi sister. If gred A you can till use 4. Can less the orange juice a bit like 2 tbsp. I use fresh orange juice sister. Take 2 orange and make juice.

Almost 1kg sis. Total up the main ing like butter, sugar, flour and eggs. You will know the weight roughly sis. Yes it should be good for anniversaries. ❤

You can either use milk or butter milk or even yogurt sis. But i have not done it eggless. Just generally these are what they use for eggless version.
