The microwave and air fryer method is such a good idea if you want them cooked quickly! A way I love to cook pizza rolls if i'm ever feeling more paitent is frying them in oil, cook them in some garlic butter with a little bit of dried chives then sprinkle some thinly shredded mozarella when you're done i promise its so good and has a nice bite to it cooked this way

Yea it is….when I got out of prison I went to a half way house. And the freezer was full of corn dogs…like literally a deep freeze full of nothing but fried and corn dogs lol….So I would microwave em for 45 seconds then deep fry them for a bit. And they was perfect! Everyone else was throwing em straight in the deep fryer and they was coming out dark and crispy on the outside but cold inside. So I always used the microwave then deep fry method lol

This kind of reminds me of something my mom used to make. She called it “pizza” casserole. It was just a layer of pizza rolls with pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese on top, then she would repeats this for maybe about 1 or two more layers. I knew she was going through it when she would come home from work and just throw that in the oven 😂 I wasn’t complaining though, kid me absolutely loved it.

I've been cooking for years and legit JUST figured out how amazing they are air fried. Toss em in garlic butter or olive oil and bedazzle them mfs with parmesan cheese & herbs. Or be a complete savage and use Buffalo sauce.

I've had them and they're not the worst thing ever. They're good, but not the best, I'd say they're right above decent. They pair well with some spicy chips. The place I work was trying to get rid of them and celling them for real cheap, like 1.50 bucks per bag of 50, so I bought them all (8 bags) and had 400 pizza rolls, and I don't regret it.
