it’s too late, they are already cruel to her. you can see the most littlest details in the video which is sad. especially at 1:06 when she goes away, the repeated movement of his hand going to her back, her sometimes not complying to the instructions, just in general the whole video is filled with a lot of suspicious. and it’s really sad how she was taken away from her natural habitat and is being forced to do this.

Agree isabelle flor. She isn't an "animal actor". She's an orangutan being exploited for human entertainment. She belongs in an Indonesian rain forest foraging for fruit, building nests and living in the trees - not performing so that humans can make money. It's deplorable.

They are not uninetelligent at all and can learn to fully understand human language however they do not have vocal chords so they cant speak. That orangutan has a cushy life. I think it can manage a 3 minute show a few times a day for free housing and food it's whole life. If you use any product with palm oil or many other ingredients you are doing much worse for these animals.

Teresa Hayward the forcing animals is a bad thing,but they definitely don't enslave them. It's quite a paradise if they are kept at the right zoo or safari sanctuary. They have a safe home from predators and the environment, the have immediate medical attention, and a life long food supply
