@@dalmallama4634 , noun, a structure of bars or wires in which birds or other animals are confined. "she kept a canary in a cage" verb, confine in or as in a cage. "the parrot screamed, furious at being caged" because caged is the definition for what these animals are in.

@feralon9570
@feralon9570 3 жыл бұрын
@@dalmallama4634 Not at all. It is what it is. I understand that some animals are in them for their own health and wellness reasons but some zoos cage healthy animals with no chance of living free. We humans belong in cages for what we allow to happen to these creatures. We are a cancer on this earth and we cage animals in our homes, for entertainment, and for no reason but to do it. An animal should not be caged unless it is for his/her protection. I am a fish owner and I feel bad if a fish is in a tank that is to small. I have these fish caged because I am a selfish and stupid human. I won't try to make myself sound better by saying "My fish are in tank size double what is suggested" because I am still selfish for doing it.

Back in the 1980s a couple orangutans got out of their enclosure at the National Zoo in DC - as far as I know nobody ever figured out how even though they did it a couple times. The apes just spent the time chilling interacting peacefully with the zoo visitors, who were sharing popcorn & other snacks with them until the keepers rounded them up.

Zoos are a bit smarter now about how dangerous big primates can be, even the chillest-of-chill orang-utans, just because of their strength. In this case I think the keepers were cautious with Subis and kept their distance because she had a young baby so would likely be very protective.

That's the art of connecting trees, they always weight every trees/lianas/branches down first when they do arboreal travels, and they'll decide if they need to hold one branches or two or even tree branches in one hand or two when they move, they also modify those branches if necessary, they do more calculation with precision to do arboreal travel as their weight is a major disadvantage than other lightweight monkeys

So with that roof, do they not get to see the real sun? I would escape this Truman Show nightmare as well.
