This can be done with any of the heroes relatively easily.
The goal is to farm 4+ enemies in one battle without dying to get orb of expansion materials for building materials in the camp feature. This can be done with any of the heroes, the main things helping you are the watchtower guards and the blood grove eating things when they hit 15% or lower health. Note that blood grove kills count for ancestral crypt stacks, and most/all of the enemies in this setup give souls, whereas the normal slimes do not.
You can add more enemy sources on top of that basic setup, like additional villages, spider cocoons, temporal beacons, harpies from 3x3 mountain peak (made from 3x3 mountains/rocks), desert spirits from ziggurats from 7 dunes/desert landscape tiles, battle fields, gargoyles from completed surrounded treasury tiles, etc.
