Their mixing, his voice, the contrast of the clean vocals and the heaviness of the song at the end. It makes all the hairs on my arms stand up. His voice genuinely sounds like it’s coming from some great beast, like a dire wolf.

Yes, it depends on your taste and I've deleted their discography, because they're just bland, I really don't understand why people jizz themselves over them? there are tons of much better bands, they've literally played the same riff the whole song..

A great explanation for the song and the writing/mixing process was presented in TankTheTech's reaction yesterday. The simplicity for the groove etc. was on purpose for a song to play live. Another awesome song and reaction for Orbit Culture. At this point I always preorder anything they release because of their consistency.

COVINGS with ah 1 and a 2 and blllleep 🖕😂. Your English accents always crack me up when you are introducing a track right before you hit play. You definitely would be good in a show like Vikings or a Robin Hood movie or something playing one of them type of medieval times characters. 😆🤘. This song became my favorite song of theirs thus far which is so damn hard to say with so many bangers by them, but I think just the simplicity of it with the groove just never gets old. As a guitar and bass player myself the easiest riffs are always the best riffs and one’s that get the crowd’s going. That was Orbit Cultures goal when writing “Carvings” they said and well yea they obviously F’n succeeded big time there! I think that almost like 2 step beat approach which we usually hear in Ska works perfect in Metal with how Orbit Culture does it and is becoming kind of like their new trade mark sound. Like you said this EP had Nensha album vibes and even their brand new single “Vultures of North”. Song is good but am hoping the next single will just be massively kickass! Carvings was the 2nd single I believe when that EP dropped and song blew us all away 🤘. I’ll find myself sometimes replaying the same video reactions I’ve seen of yours haha just because your reaction for this song is the exact same I had! Greatest Metal band out right now hands down. They have bangers on those earlier albums and EPs of theirs also but they just get better and better with each release. Nija album especially put them on the map I feel, and with Nija Deluxe edition 2 bonus songs and then EP Shaman that came after (which Carvings is from) I feel they have actually found more of their sound now. We had so many great ones from Nija but I still remember when “The Shadowing” single dropped and I luv that song, so badass. I was thinking man can this band get any better? Well that question got answered quickly after Shaman EP dropped. Again Vultures of North is good but am hoping the next song is especially badass! Ha I need to get me an Orbit Culture hoodie also! 🤘
