It wasn't broken, he just wouldn't let it charge and didn't activate it from the switch.

@@bitgh0st it is broken he didnt copy the entire thing. In the game there is an entire box beside the cannon, he failed to copy it

Actually it would be the same power because the circuit is only used for the orbital’s going ➡️ ⬅️ if you play on the orbital cannon map then disable decorations then turn on the cannon you can see how it works

It could also be the orbital cannon from akira, the city underneath even slightly resembles neo Tokyo and the orbital cannon even says sol on it just like in the movie. Although I could be wrong

Yeah I've played with that cannon before. Don't move the switch, turn deco off, and copy everything near the cannon. Then, you hav e an orbital bombardment ion cannon. You can even angle it if you want.

The reason it did not work at 6:38 was because there were some missing hidden circuits. Edit:Although at some point he realized that so yeah. I think it was when he turned off deco :)
