Actually, Mexcian Orcs have existed in official D&D since 1990's Hollow World setting. The Krugel Horde live in an area of arid badlands not well suited to much agriculture, but can support small herds of wandering bison and wild horses. To keep the heat off, typical garb includes a both sombrero and poncho equivalents. The Krugels (named after their founding warchief many hundreds of years ago) have become expert horsemen (horseorcs?) and while they do engage in limited farming, primarily subsist by raiding their non-orc neighbors. Their greatest enemies are the Kogolor Dwarves, who are Alpine German/Austrian/Swiss- they wear lederhosen, yodel, and are superb beer brewers.

So much lore you could build off this concept. Orcs could be based on Mayan & Aztec cultures, Half Orcs could be based on Mestizos, hordes of orcs could be the Cartels, Orcs potions & salves could be based on salsas, & the most dangerous orc would be the Matriarch Abuelita Orc armed with chanclas which inflict stun & confusion on hit & cause fear when drawn.

@@jasperspearl2768 so there's this old western "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre" and Humphrey Bogart is up in a mountain in Mexico with some other prospectors and a bunch of obvious bandits ride up to his camp. When Bogart stops them with a rifle one of them comes up to parley and he says "Hola senior, we are Federales, you know, the mounted police." And Bogart incredulously responds "if you're the police then where are your badges?" And the bandito is flabberghasted and then progressively enraged at the question "Badges? We ain't got no badges... we don't need no badges! I DON'T HAVE TO SHOW YOU NO STINKEN' BADGES!" And the negotiation deteriorates from there. The line was then condensed and joked about by baby boomers for the next 90 years. The scene in the original novel was even better because there was a lot more cursing in there.
