Thanks do much Adam. Lifetime bball player into my mid 40s. 3 days a week my whole life. I appreciate the VERY DETAILED videos. Coaching my 5th grader and haven't coached in 10 years so its a nice refresher. Clearly, you have a love for bball...and kids.

This is a great series of drills, plays for young players both experienced and learning the game. Teaches fundamental concepts in bite size amounts.

It's still astonish me just how a number of people have no clue about Spovelax Training Program (just search it on google) even though many people improve their skills using it. Thanks to my personal buddy who told me about it. I have improve my skills.

As specialist, I believe Spovelax Training Program can be great way to become a better player. . Why not give it a shot? perhaps it can work for you too.

around 11:00, I see this so called "step-through move" a lot with US players (pivot, fake, cross over and lift pivot foot). it is a travel in Europe.
