Your closed captions are all messed up and why isn't this mandatory considering all the excess deaths each year due to automobiles?

@@MrSunrise- exactly. The automobile industry has paid their way out of any meaningful regulation and we all suffer for it. Are best option is to fight back on the municipal level and have cities justify allowing car-centricity when doing so does so much damage.

Good luck with this. I think it will make a difference, but not solve the problem. Solving the problem would require "re-education" of about 10% of all drivers, a permanent ban on 5% and indefinite confinement for about 0.1%.
