We drove 100 miles to an epic camp spot. Amazing views through out the way and got to set up camping before sunsets.

Alvord at night is amazing. I've been really lucky with the weather when I've been over there though. Looks like you were over there later in the season. Somehow I still haven't' made it to Owyhee. Maybe this will be the year!

Unless that gate was entering private land you can pass through ... the rule is to leave them as you found them. If closed, close them behind you ... if open, leave them open.

Yes. Somehow we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate. Maybe we didn’t look into carefully.

@@jmkoverland You just needed either to lift the wire loop over the wood on the top or lift the wood over the loop on the bottom. You will find these all over public land when it's being leased out to ranchers or otherwise.

How much fuel does the tundra carry. Those tundras get the worst mileage. They are super cool though. Looks like a very fun trip.

The Tundra have a 38 gal gas tank from factory, and didn't carry any extra gas. Despite it gets the worst MPG it had the longest range 🙂. Enjoy it!
