The great flood in Russia in 2024 is a result of negligence towards their own territory and aggressive wars outside of Russia's territory. The most important for authorities remains an aggressive campaign against the West and a brutal war against Ukraine. While their own cities drown in flooding water, Siberian forests will burn in summer; it will happen for the same reason.

At the beginning of this catastrophe they showed that dam. For a water of this size it was far too weak and just stamped dirt. I later learned that the builders left tree stumps of all kind in the construction. Just chopping the trees. To save costs! They rot and leave weak spots.

Dams need constant maintenance, and yes have to protected against beavers etc, that is true, so cut trees near the dams, and check for holes, the grass on the dam needs to be maintained, no long weeds.. the dams in the films on YT clearly had weeds on them, trees nearby etc, so yeah the breeches could have been started as leeks through beaver tunnels...BUT WHY WERE THESE ANIMALS ALLOWED TO DIG??????? Corruption and laziness caused these floods.
