In your Hand Sanitizing formulations, you mention not to use Denatured Alcohol. Yet, the guidelines published by the FDA in the US specifically requires the use of SDA 40 A or SDA 40B alcohol. Can you comment on this please?

Thanks for watching! It would be the type/grade of gum you are using. You will need to ensure it is a gum/grade of that gum that gels totally clear, otherwise it won’t work. Please share a video on broad spectrum hand wash if possible,, Is it important to add chloroxylenol...I have seen many hand washes with just salicylic acid in them and claiming broad spectrum..THANKS

Hey love, is it possible to explain how did you calculate the amount you wanted to make? I want to make a 4oz bottle but I don’t know how to do the calculations I will be using: aloe vera liquid, 91% isopropyl alcohol, glycerin, xanthan gum,fragrance. Why did you use water in this formulation?

I think xantham gum will overshadow the product. Are you trying to make an organic gel?

It hydrates over 80% almost straight away; for best viscosity and stability, leave it overnight and stir again the next day before pouring off, it thickens even more over night.
