This was the most beautiful experience and I felt it more than I have any other astral travel. I moved from experience to experience so easily…from way up in the galactic to an experience on earth. I’m confused at how I lift myself out of my real body. Every time I try, I move my real body. Do I need more practice? Or is this something done in imagination?

If you are obsessing over something, in this case negative energies, then I cannot promise anything, it is your beliefs and your focus that brings that what you focus on, it has nothing to do with the meditation.
