What about the physical costs of such a team building? Quick "global warming" maths: *taking only into account the air travel, according to ICAO calculator; 1 round trip = ~500kgCO2 equivalent. *now you can double it taking into account contrails in strato/troposphere; 1 round trip = ~1tonCO2 warming equivalent *doing that twice a year? 1 employee teambuilding = 2tons CO2 warming equivalent. According to IPCC (GIEC), to let us a chance to limit global warming to +1,5°, we need to lower worldwide emissions to... 2tons CO2 equivalent/human/year. => So with 2 teambuilding, you destroy the "annual CO2 emissions credit" of your employees. => What do you think about that? Ready to change? I'd really like to hear from you all ;)

50k euros is quite some money. But the ROI is huge in term of mood, relation ship, etc...

Besides, there are many institutions who spend 5x more with public tax money and who’s output is yet to be seen. That said, now I will go and organise a team building in Brussels with Nadja, herself and I 😂😂
