Thumbs up 👍 to IKEA for actually producing aesthetically pleasing looking inserts for their drawers. It all looks so neat and tidy I'd just want to sit and look at everything 😊. Plus there's nothing more satisfying than decluttering and re-organising videos. I shall go to bed a happy bunny 🐇!

you could always line the ikea cardboard with wipeable shelf paper or similar xo but they fit perfect!

The bulk of my makeup is stored in a tool chest (big roll around toolbox). It’s fitting for me cuz I run an automotive shop and have worked construction 😂! My fiancé bought it for me a few Christmas’s ago… I really enjoy it.

My fave pastime sorting my drawers.. I literally ransacked every b&m for those boxes when I saw them, having 4 lots of Alex drawers is a pain in the arse cus I didn’t get enough.. love the ikea ones too.. I may have to have a visit to mine Thanks for the info on them.. have a lovely week angel 💖💖

Melissa I had a idea for you I bought a skincare fridge on Amazon for my beauty room it’s just the best purchase I’ve ever made not only can you store your favourite skincare in it but it also makes your skincare perform so much better my daughter just loves it she’s taken over what she wants in it I couldn’t be happier that we both love it so much. It’s something to think about especially I’m warmer weather

To stop boxes/baskets moving when you open the drawer, I have utilised blobs of blue/white tac!

Love this. When I have the urge to get something done I just have to do it as well or my brain doesn't turn off and I can't sleep. My hubby thinks I'm a little crazy even is 1:00am, I will be cleaning or decluttering, if I get the urge. I would love a set of the Alex drawers myself, and the liners were perfect. You even have more room now for more goodies😊

I'm so glad you shared those Ikea boxes! I've been using acrylic organizers which worked when I had a smaller collection, but as the years go on and the collection gets bigger, they are too much wasted space. So I'm absolutely going to get some of those!

I love makeup organizing videos 🤗🥰 I’m still in the process of organizing my eyeshadow palette collection and my lipstick 💄 and lip balm collection 😅 I can’t help it, Eclair Lips has some of the best lip balms I’ve ever used and right now I’m obsessed with their flavor Piña Colada 🤗 I never used to like that flavor at all 😢but now it’s one of my faves as long as it’s not too coconutty 😂 I’m weird, but I know my lip balms

I had the same realization about a year ago with those acrylic organisers. I used to have a row of them that had 8 slots, then I got a basket from b and m the same size and it fits double, and looks better! Loved this video, so satisfying haha

I so need to sort my makeup room and storage out. Since Christmas, it's filled up with boxes and wrapping paper, etc. A complete mess. Love the B&M storage trays, the pink ones. I need to go have a look around. Haven't been to B&M in ages, my illnesses always find a way to keep me at home. I'm determined to get to B&M, though. It's like a day out to me, lol. I have to say that you have very impressive drawers. Your boys are so sweet. Cats love to get in drawers and cupboards, don't they.My Finley Blue also likes to get behind the kickboards and under the kitchen cupboards,and encourages the other cats to come join him. He's so naughty. Xxxx

Use a makeup brush to apply skin care and then you get every single drop out at the end too 😁 Also you don’t waste a load of it when it sinks into your skin if using hands

Loved your video, it is so satisfying to watch. I'm surprised with the popularity of Alex drawers, that there are not more storage options that fill the entire drawers. I have bins in my drawers but there are always gaps and dead space that drive me nuts. I also prefer bins with straight sides and 90 degree corners because it optimizes the storage, holds products upright better etc. I like the look of they gray ones but wish they had more options and packs with more small bins since I don't know how much use I would get out of the largest size. The struggle is real. Anyway, thanks for posting and have a great day!!

If you wanted more of the plastic ones possibly try The Range if you have one nearby, they do those style of containers not sure of all the colours, they were fairly cheap the ones I got the slightly bigger ones I think they were £1.49 (do okay with being dropped) .

Found the dimensions (for Whoever is interested): Dimensions: 12.5 x 6 x 30cm (those are the wham studio utility basket 10.01) - for the others I was not able to find the dimensions online.

If you remove the screw on the inside on the drawer they’ll pull out all the way! It just affect the stability a bit though if you put a lot in them x

missa has removed ther screws but theres another hack where you remove the rails and cut a piece of plastic off. If you search for alex drawers extend, you can find some videos on it. (Instead of removing 1 set of ball bearings completely, i cut the middle section of plastic out and put both sets of ball bearings back in and its a lot more stable)
