I one time spent all my saved money (around $300) just on stationary and things like that I love all stationary but I have an obsession with stickers some people don’t count stickers as stationary but I do

If there is something that is stopping you from getting more stationary just look at it. Create a folder on safari if your on apple. You can have folders inside folders all organized to stationary. If you can finally get some look at what you really want to get and then buy it and take it off. Sometimes you can get jealous but I find it a nice method

Try aliexpress! "Mohamm store" has free shipping! but idk where u live so u might have to check if they have free shipping for you but they have loads of cute stuff

Aliexpress or amazon are actually a good place to start, but places like notebook therapy, the washi tape shop or stickii club are my personal favorites (small businesses, more personnal experience and supporting good working environments)
