Well, I like the idea. Something fresh, a bit of thinking out of the box. For my case though, I would use it as an extra card holder. I prefer minimalist leather wallets for cash and my most used cards. I just looked up their page: $27,666 pledged of $5,238 goal, and still 27 days to go. So, the demand is definitely there.

Interesting idea if you're someone who caries and uses a notepad. But what about the little marker? Seems to be specific to the wallet. You aren't going to be able to just get a new one anywhere. The small size probably means it will run out quick and you'll have to get it from them. Maybe not a big deal to some but seems like it could be a little inconvenient.

Correct. This marker is made to fit into this wallet only it looks like. You do have the option to buy 4 extra markers as add ons though.

Thanks! After the campaign, we'll sell MEMO Pen as a 4-Pack with Worldwide Shipping on our website. A pack like that would be good for 16-24 months of typical usage - this long lifetime is due to it depositing ink in a fine line.

I just got mine today and it is so well made. Really heavy and secure. I love it! For those talking about their notebook app on their phone: I have that too (as does everyone else in the modern world) but I don’t always remember to look at it thanks in large part to my ADHD. When I’m at the store and about to check out this wallet will do wonders for me because it will be right there and I will be reminded to look at it.

kinda cool. I doubt I would ever use the 'wallet' part of it - maybe carry membership/loyalty cards I don't want to carry in everyday wallet. there are other portable whiteboards (nu board makes a 4"x7" spiral whiteboard notebook) but I like that it folds to half its size - I'll check out the kickstarter.

This might be good for someone who is deaf or otherwise cannot speak, they could use the whiteboard to communicate with people like sales clerks at stores.

I'd prefer to carry a nice wallet (cards and cash) and notebook (Field Notes, Smythson, etc.). This seems like less of a wallet and more of a note taking tool. Most people also can use their phones for taking notes and never run out of pages.

It’s pretty cool,But I have an IPhone with a notes app that I can write down ideas,Also IPhones these days can use the camera to copy text around the environment you’re in.

No, because you on a call and your grandma dont know how to use gadget and tell you the address. Or you driving and you still can write without looking because of muscle memory.

Maybe there is a reason no-one made it before. Your pro over a note pad was easy corrections; if you write in pencil you can erase it on a notepad. Really struggling to find a benefit over a notepad.

It’s not for you obviously. But seriously, who carries a pencil and notepad in their pocket? That’s a stretch. And I gave cons AND pros. Being able to erase on the fly is far from a stretch. Move along champ.

@@graemeo3440 not a lot of people carry pencil in their pocket, and a note pad too. in my country almost nobody carry notepad or pencil. this is good for grocery item too because you can erase it. so you just use eraser inside a grocery store or you prefer this whiteboard. it is fast and easy. one more time, if i ask 10 of my friend who carry a pencil they will said no. one wallet do the job or carry a wallet, notepad, pencil and a eraser. so it is a pro. now shoo karen. if my english is bad is because i dont speak english now shoo karen.
