Muchísimas Gracias por este video maravilloso! Explicas muy bien, tu y todo el paisaje hermosos! Desde hace varias semanas he estado viendo para aprender su danza, me gusta sus movimientos. Y caí he cuenta, muchas cosas me dieron la pista, que debo trabajar mi chakra raíz, enraizarme y este baile, respiración , anclarse a la tierra, va a ser una de mis claves para recuperar esa buena conexión y recuperará sanidad en muchas áreas que tengo afectadas. Sempre admirei as danças e ritmos thaitianos. Apesar de ter somente visto em vistos, é sempre exuberante as apresentações,individuais ou em grupos. Percebe-se que está jovem,além de praticar muito,deve ser instrumento para as danças tradicionais. Difícil para as pessoas passarem instruções para este tipo de atividade,e narrar sem dificuldade por toda a duráveis! Com certeza,ainda irei visitar este belo País! Parabéns a Jovem professora!

I do the contracting core to the front and to the back in 12:00 minutes in your video, but I use my hands to the side to stretch my stomach, then I do a triangle shape with my index finger and thumbs together with my two hands, without folding the rest of my fingers . ♥️ I repeat starting down low going up high. In total is about four times and then to do hip circles I only put one hand to front waist level and at the same time with the other hand I rise it to my waist level to my back. For both you can bend your knees just a little and separate the legs as much as you want. I love this workout, thanks!
