So, I didn’t redo the entire ending in this video because my plan is to have a video reacting to all of the endings. I may play though this ending in that video though if it’s possible for me to get something different than what I already got.

Yes, you can have a good ending in this path. You just have to make the right choices 🙂 There is a third, separate ending - I recommend completing it or watching it. It requires you not to take the magic ribbon from the girl in the Land of a Thousand Fables. The key to the happy ending is the conversation with Syanna before she and Henrietta meet - Syanna sitting at the window scene. You just need to pick a specific line. The Hen Gaidth armor set (the red one) is one of the best armor sets in the game. The other best being the Toussant Relic set, which you get in the other ending. Both have better armor and resistances than the Witcher Grandmaster sets. They're good in different ways, as well, as Hen Gaidth has the huge monster resistance and an amazing steel sword, while the Toussaint Relic set has a huge vitality bonus and probably the best resistances in the game. If you ever decide to play new game +, keep these two sets in mind. The game's different endings will not affect new game + but you can only bring one of those sets with you. However, there are new/better sets as you go through ng+.

If you've seen the "Night to Remember" game trailer, then you should recognize Orianna is the woman/monster in that trailer. The trailer answers the question, did Geralt go back and deal with Orianna?

As you now have seen, you can play 'Blood Simple' and still go the Syanna route. Since I have not seen the Unseen Elder quest, I skipped to the meeting with Dettlaff. Yes, this will play out very much the same as you've already seen, except that there is no chance of a "happy" ending (because Geralt does not know Syanna enough and also lacks important info from the nanny's journal). What you need to do to experience the other two main endings are: (SPOILER) - Do exactly what you did first time, except pick both 'kind' choices in the conversation with Syanna. "Cause she turned her back on you, forgot about you.", followed by: "Ever tried to forgive her?" (So you must still get the ribbon from Little Flint Girl, read at least the first two entries in the nanny's journal, hear Syanna's backstory within the Fabled Land, and go with Regis and investigate about the 5th victim) - Go to the Land of a Thousand Fables but NOT get the ribbon from Little Flint Girl. This obviously leads to Dettlaff killing Syanna. Then it can go into two different variants.

Orianna is the Bruxa from the "Night to remember" release trailer. 😉 Hm, idk if you still can get a different ending, I played the unseen ending once a few years ago, lol. I mostly do the Orianna route till I get the key, talk to Regis and do the Fables stuff. It allows me to open the cave AFTER finishing the main quest and get a couple of the red gear, though, actually going into the cave with the unseen will ALWAYS kill you without any interaction what so ever. 😉

For a very different ending you should play is Land of A Thousand Fables, do not collect the ribbon, you are then given the choice to let Dettlaff go free and not fight him do so, if you do this you get a rare, complete different ending. 🦘🦘🦘
