how much is the drop from ceiling for this fan? looks like light is 2-3 inches lower than the blades of the fan

I bought this fan a year ago, it has been giving us problems ever since. 1. Whenever we put it on speed 4 or 5 it wud start going slow-fast-slow-fast continously....so we used it only on 3...now past few days it's been continously going slow-fast-slow-fast any time it's switched on & on any speed!!! Please help....!

Green light automatically and repeatedly comes and goes. What does this indicate? How do I stop this green light?

Resetting the fan solved the problem. To reset, switch off the fan, set the speed to 1, timer to 8 and then follow the sequence -> fan up, timer, fan down repeatedly till the light starts blinking green. Then this problem will be solved.

When the fan goes offline andy your remote doesn't work to pair it again it's check mate! You will not be able to controll your fan anymore by mobile as well as you will not be able to reset or pair. Regards A Customer whose fan is struck forever in speed-1

First remove device from app then select add device and it will tell u steps follow them u will be able to connect it.If u have any problem plz fell free to reply.Will be there to help u

Yeah it is it can be controlled with voice and mobile app.It can work between 150 volt and 230 volt
