India prouds itself in classical Indian music- yet ironically it is Pakistan that has always produced outstanding classical music. Nusrats take on ragas leaves the old traditionalist standing- he originates where other copy till this day- that is the hallmark of a genius

Sir, rap is a totally different art form that has its origins in African-American culture and their history. It's unfair to dismiss as unauthentic. Qawwali is a genre of music and so is rap and both have their own unique histories and politics. Why don't we enjoy both: I like Nusrat sahib but I also like Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg.

My family and friends were not fan of USTAD NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN SAHAB. They had not listen his songs and qawwali much. So i decided to show them the God of music. Whenever we were in the car I started playing Ustad’s songs or qawwalis. First time they said “ why you listen ( Nusrat’s ) old songs. Second time they said “play That song of ( Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. ) Third time they said “play ( Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab’ song. ) Fourth time they said “we will listen only ( USTAD NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN SAHAB. )

It's a kind of excitatory voice that influences our heart with extravagant colorful world . Singers of 19th century used to practice a lot . They are actual singers. I always read almost all comments while listening to Ustad NFAK. It makes my effort more fulfilling when I find millions of people are crazy & dying to listen to this god of music. It's indeed pure & perfect music. You get addiction forever once you listen to any of his composition. You'll forget every other singer after listening to just/only a few of his compositions. I'm sure wo swarg me bhi devi devtaon ko apni music ke magic me baandh lete honge. May his soul rest in peace in the best place of paradise. Dear Ustad, RIP!!!

Though Nusrat saab is physically not with us but he will live forever in our and upcoming generation's memories.
