Origami Macaw Parrot - How to fold

Күн бұрынIn this video I teach how to make a paper macaw! This is an intermediate level Origami created originally by Manuel Sirgo. This is a variation where I get a very similar result, but showing an easier way to do it.
This is not my creation, just variation. I am posting this video to help more people to be able to do it. If you are the creator and want me to change something, or even remove the video, comment or send an email.

I just made my first one! I remember watching this same video a few years back and completely failing (I wasn't that smart), but now I got it. The bird is crimson colored.

This tutorial was soo good other tutorials go too fast and they just put music and I can't keep up with the guides but this one was going at the right speed so keep up with the good work

@@astronomydraws being a teacher myself I know how difficult it is to teach a whole classroom of students with limited folding skills how to fold origami. The frog is fairly easy enough to fold for everyone, but you must understand that this parrot will take considerably longer (especially when folding the feet) and is more difficult for one teacher to get through teaching each individual step to all students… one at a time… while the rest of the class waits for their turn to receive help (likely, some goofing off will ensue).

I’m using 1 sided paper. I’ll tell u the results in a moment after I finish. Edit: it is perfect except a line of white along his back. I’ve made different birds before, and I’ve always struggled with the feet for no reason.
