You missed a step during the module construction. At 2:44 you need to do two vertical valley folds that meet at the middle vertical line (then unfold) so that at 5:42 you don't need to fold the flaps the crease will already be there for you. At 13:04 there is a flap that doesn't get tucked into a pocket of the last piece you put in. I've made 3 of these so far and that last piece is always a pain in the ass to get in. I honestly don't think it's possible to 100% get all flaps into all pockets, there is always one that remains floating inside, but I use a little bit of glue to make sure everything is tucked in together and looking even. Also the more OCD you get during the module construction the better the final assembly will look. Especially when making any triangle fold, you want the edges to meet perfectly at one point and not miss each other.

I remember this one well as it's one of those many frustrating models where the flap/pocket mechanisms are all internal. I have managed to get all flaps to be inside the pockets but it required a LOT of work fiddling with a toothpick to guide it in. This is a very attractive looking piece but mechanically not my favorite. Everything is internal and there is no locking of the flaps.
