Yes this can be used to weld PCBs. We also have other models that are designed specifically for PCBs

This is superior to laser in that it will weld silver much easier. Both Technologies have their pros and cons. Laser are much faster and can be used for weld soothing very rapidly. We feel that Orion welders are superior and easier to use than PUK machines. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Can you adjust the power such that you can weld on electronic PCBA? I need to weld a steel piece of metal to a copper hole of an electronic PCBA. The metal piece to be welded is very tiny also. I am concerned about the amount of current through the parts being welded. Do you know how much current is used?

if I solder a piece of yellow gold, it is yellow or white. by the electrode ???

Through the welding process, the existing metal is melted and joined together. This will leave the metal color exactly the same as the surrounding color, as it is just melting the same metal. A secondary wire can be added for strength, this should be a wire of the same composition as the pieces you are working with. This will also give you the same color metal as what you have.

will this weld a piece of 22 gauge non resistance wire to a piece of 21 gauge resistance wire together. I'm looking for something that will join two wires together secure. thanks
