I'm reorganizing your Boyz into: Boss Snikrot Ghazghkull Warboss 20x Boyz w/Choppas and Nob 10x Boyz w/Choppas and Nob 10x Boyz w/Choppas and Nob 10x Boyz w/Choppas and Nob Trukk 3x Deffkoptas 5x Flash Gitz 10x Grots + Runtherd 10x Kommandos 10x Kommandos 5x Lootas 3x Meganobz 10x Nobz 5x Nobz leftover (I would use these as conversion fodder for Nobz w/ Waaaagh Banners, Meks, Mad Doks, etc) You have 3 more boy/nob bodies than needed and a 7x Kommando squad, so that's what you need to convert them in to. The 10x Nobz get the Warboss (with Headwoppa's Killchoppa) and ride the Trukk. Drop the 5 remaining Nobz from the army and buy a Battlewagon for Ghaz + MegaNobz to ride in! Now you're sitting at 2K.

Both are solid options. Kans are pretty good but Ghaz is sadly a little lacking right now, but it's super thematic. Mozrog hits like a truck! I'm not the biggest fan of the loss of the beastsnagga stuff, but I do love the way it plays.

Those AoBR Nobz are easy to find and great for that idea!

Absolutely! All the old figures are still legal to use. I have quite a few metal ones peppered in my army still (and my Imperial Guard army is metal Valhallans).

The Stompa, 8 Grot Tanks, and Kill Tank are an excellent start! Here's what I would do: Convert up 3 Meks to be your characters and heal the vehicles and give you a warlord, then get a Mek Gun and Trukk kit to make 3 Mek Guns, then convert up a Meka Dread, and end with a Mekboy Workshop. That's 1995 points and heals lots of damage to the vehicles and should be relatively easy to scratch build/convert. After that I'd add a Big Mek with Kustom Force Field.

@@DaRedWunzGoFasta Thanks! I thought of the triple mek, but the ability with the same keyword (shared by the Meka Drad too) cannot be used on the same unit, right? I thought it could become redoundant with 4 users and 4 targets (supposing the Meka Dread won't ask one use on itself) p.s. Grots are not almost essential? If I buy the Mek Guns btw I'm taking its "mechanic grots" and place them on the stompa or other vehicles for coolness.

@@enxman7697 correct, the ability cannot apply to the same unit more than once, but the Meks can only use the ability on one vehicle per turn as well, hence wanting more.

Welcome to the Waaaagh! Great question! You definitely have a great start to an army there. I would build the Combat Patrol straight out of the box so you can play Combat Patrol, then I would build the Trukk and the 11 Boyz as: 1 Nob w/Waaagh Banner, 2 Shootas (allowing you to combine with the ones from the CP to make a 10-man Shoota squad w/Big Shoota and Nob) and 8 Choppas (again, now you can combine with the CP and have a 20-man squad as a Nob, 1 Rokkit Launcha, and 18 Choppas). You will really need to get a regular Warboss at this point, to lead the 20-man blob along with the Nob w/WB. I would then build the Beast Snagga Stampede and make your Kill Rig able to go back and forth as a Hunta Rig, too (see my last video). Then you can build the Nobz (take all Power Klaws, don't bother with Big Choppas), Lootas (grab a second 11-man Boyz squad and you can make the Burnaz, too, if you want), and finally convert your second Warboss in Mega Armor into a Big Mek in Mega Armor. At that point you'll want 1-2 boxes of Meganobz, and maybe a Battlewagon.

You don't have many points until you're at 2K. You can save a bunch by running your Warboss on Bike as a Nob and having 3x3 Bike Squads. Convert your leftover Boy into a Nob w/ Waaaagh Banner. Then get a Weirdboy and a box of regular Nobz. Run the 2x20 Boy squads with the Warbosses (1 with Nob w/Banner, 1 with Weirdboy), and put the Nobs in the 3rd Trukk. You'd have a right proppa "hammer and anvil" style army with a bunch of Boyz and Lootaz laying down da dakka and a bunch of fast things zoomin around da board. Catch da enemy in between and watch dem gits go splat!

@DaRedWunzGoFasta I was wondering what makes the lootas shoot on 5+ when in a trukk rather than the normal 6+. Otherwise this looks great I'll be looking into kit bashing and picking them up to try at my local games

@logancollins6319 Mek ability to the Trukk gives the Trukk +1 to hit but I forgot to give you a Mek!

Great question! In 10th Edition the wargear for the squad is free and you're allowed to mix and match within the squad, so it's no longer a big deal. Also, if you plan on playing the "Combat Patrol" version of the game, you have to build the squad exactly as in the box to reflect the set wargear. I hope that helps!

The new 10 man Boyz squad as found in the Combat Patrol, has 5 Choppa/Slugga, 3 Shoota, 1 Rokkit Launcha OR Heavy Shoota, and 1 Nob with a Big Choppa OR Power Klaw. You have to choose which way to build the last 2. The older 11 man Boyz squad can be built as all Shoota OR all Slugga/Choppa, or any combination of the 2 (includes 22 sets of arms).

@@duncanmcphedran As for what to do after Killdakka, the 10th/Index change helped a lot, but it's still not very good with itself. You hav 630 points and 7 units. First thing you need is a unit of Warbikers for the Wartrike to lead around. Next I would get a Warboss and a Trukk. The Warboss can lead the Nobz and they all ride around in the Trukk. I'd also get 5x more Nobz to join the squad. Finally, a 5x squad of Lootas will give your Big Mek w/Shokk gun somefink to lead and puts you at 995 points.

Yes and no. The new CP is a great deal for the $$, but it doesn't synergize much with the old one in competitive terms. If you are a casual player and/or enjoy collecting different models, then you should absolutely buy it.

As a Speed Freak myself, I totally get what you are asking. Unfortunately, there really isn't a substitute for them. Our other anti-vehicle unit, the Tankbustaz, are locked into the war gear that the old metal models were and are hideously expensive points wise and our shooting is very sub-par, especially against things T10 and up and/or with lots of wounds. Flash Gitz and a Big Mek with Shokk Attack gun might do some work.

That's a fantastic start to a Waaaagh! Looks like you have 215ish points to play with depending on how you equip the army (Kill Rig vs Hunter Rig, etc). Looking at maximizing synergy, you have 2 Mega Armor leaders with nobody to lead, so I would get 2 squads of Mega Nobz (build 5 as Nobz and 1 Big Mek to save for later or have an option) and a second Trukk. You should be able to get those 3 kits for $200 online. After that, a Standard Warboss to lead the regular Nobz, and maybe a Battlewagon to have some really heavy vehicle fun.

Ok, I've collected through hand-me-downs and ork half of starter boxes so here we go.... I have 5 Nobs with poles 11 nobs with out poles 34 boys 1 Runt hearder 1 Wierd boy 1 warboss with attack. squig 2 warbosses 4 loots 1 burns 11 gretchin 4 bigshootas 7 def koptas 3 killer cans Truck Blitz bomber That'd all assembled.. Unassembled. 4 nobs 3 meganobs or 1 big mek and 2 mega nobs A box of boys ( old style). Oh and I have ghaz aswell. So what do I need to round off a decent 2000 points with what i have? That's a great start! I'd pick up a Lootas box to build 1 Loota and 4 Burnas so you can make a full squad of each. Use your Nobs, Boyz, and Big Shootas to get a few Boyz squads all fleshed out. Run a 20-man mob with one of the Warbosses and the Weirdboy and another 20-man with a Warboss and Nob with Waaagh banner. Have the last Warboss lead 10 Nobz and put them on the Trukk.
