Nkululeko there's nothing like a poor plan that worked here. Coach not starting Mofokeng did a good job and it was a good plan, because he came in, him, Mabasa and Dlamini came on and did well and the boy scored. Even myself I was not going to start with the boy today. Towards the end of the game you need more speed against Sundowns because they get tired towards the end of the game because of the number of games they have played this season. So this was a good plan and it worked. Just give Jose his credits guys.

Like honestly, Nkululeko is making a habit out of just saying things to obtain the shock factor. He clearly misinterpreted the game and I'm not shocked. No one benches their most dynamic player and their top scorer for the fuck of it or coz they are bored. Riveiro knew there was a risk of both players being tactically nullified had they started and so he had to preserve them and grind out the game as long as possible. Obviously, we didn't want to concede but we were always going to introduce the guys when it was crunch time and both teams would be trying to swing for the win. And it happened! The changes served their purpose and Pirates won as a result. Unsurprisingly odd view from Nkululeko.

Junior, on both penalties, there were no fouls. First, regarding Hotto, he was in front of Mudau, so there is no way he could have fouled Mudau while he was behind him. Regarding Patrick and Modiba, that was not a penalty it was a minor collision

You guys do not understand the role that is being played by Thalente Mbatha in that midfield. Last 30/35 mins he was the only central midfilder. You should count the progressive passes he made and sundowns attack and build up plays he intercepted. This boy has been excellent since he joined Pirates.

Nkululeko my brother auliyazi idiski mfana.... this was a tactical game not a gambling game. Those subs were planned ntwana because as a coach you have to imagine the worst case scenario and have a plan and that was the plan mfana se khaya. Guess what it worked. I know if pirates didn't win the game the whole video would've been about why he didn't start mabasa and Mofokeng

Mabasa doesn't have Makgopa's work rate. Jose knew that they were gonna be chasing the game, so you need people that would have been able to press. Same reason why Mofokeng did not start. How are you guys not able to see that?
