Really enjoyed this Adey. You feel the excitement build as the day goes on. That hotel manager needs a massive amount of training. I hope you raised a complaint. I am raging at the way he approached you. That is absolutely not acceptable.

That deputy manager definitely had an issue and clearly didn't have a clue what he was on about. Thousands of people vlog pre/travel days including footage of the hotel. That includes radisson blu. Like you said, obviously has a wasp up his arse having to work boxing day.
