Another great video. Love the little Orlandoos. I've built two so far, and have a third one waiting to be built. I agree about the turn signals. That stuff annoys me a little. It's the same in my Eazyrc Arizona and in my Xiaomi Jimny that I installed a new ESC with light kit in. I can live with it though, as long as I get all the other light functions. Even worse than the turn signals, is the ones where the headlights only light up once you pull the accelerator. I've built the Defender and Jeep so far, and they are both amazing little trucks. I did really struggle installing the tiny SMDs though. Soldering them, as I did for my Defender, was easy enough, but getting them to stick in the light buckets was a nightmare. In the end I ended up supergluing them in place, and of course one of the wires on one of the turn signals on the Defender came loose, and now there's no easy way to fix it. Same happened in my Jeep, except those were presoldered SMDs. Quite annoying, but they're glued in there far to well. :/ I've only used the D4L so far, but for my F150 I'll be using the simpler Orlandoo ESC and a Flysky GT3B. I do really like the D4L though. It's a lot like the Flysky, with very similar menues and settings, and the volume knob is great. And if you turn the volume all the way down you get F/R, instead of F/B/R like you have with the sound on.

Hi Donald! Quick question: I got a Laneboys controller and it says in the input 4V to 10V. Did you need to use a BEC in the led output to lower that to 3V for the smaller Orlandoo leds? I already have two BECs in my build (3V for the Rx and 5V for the servo) and I wouldn’t really want to put more. Could I power all the Leda from my 3V BEC + and get all the LED grounds from the light controller signals? Much appreciated!

Getting the Modellbua in the UK is super pricey for just one unit due to German tax plus UK tax. Breaks my heart knowing I'll never get one, so is there anything you could recommend for a CR24 hobbyplus? I have the receiver you mention so I can use original control. But what ESC would you recommend other than the Modellbua. Thanks for your awesome content 👍
