T-Con Board Repair, No Picture on LED TV Screen, How to Program T-Con Memory IC by EZP2019+ USB Programmer.
Download firmware/software bin file of T-Con memory IC of HV320WHB - N86 panel & SDY-D1 E365101 T-Con board.
When the picture does not appear on the LED TV screen, then if the T-Con processor and T-Con memory IC, DC to DC converter, gamma section, a level shifter, etc. if the voltages at all test points in all circuits are correct, Then the T-Con processor circuit's EEPROM or memory IC's firmware needs to be updated in most cases, which many people call bios update,
How to program T-Con memory IC or install firmware for LED TV panel repair by EZP2019+ USB Programmer, or EZP2019+ Bios flasher that subject is shown in this video tutorial.
NB- 24C32C chip or IC can be used instead of W25Q32 chip as T-Con memory IC or EEPROM chip for SDY-D1 E365101 T-Con board, and firmware update or programming can be done on either W25Q32 or 24C32C for HV320WHB-N85 panel.

Hi, on my t-con all voltages are good except from CLK1 to CLK4 the voltages are the same 11.3 V and I don't have a schematic to check the other components. Do you have any suggestions?

I'm trying to flash a Hisence 65H9EPlus TV, IC is MXIC MX25L1606E, I made the programmer read the file and saved the backup to my desktop, i'm ready to do the flash.... Question: where do I find the bin file for this model? I just need the last step to complete the flash......

The EZP2019+ does work well I've used it a couple of times to reprogram corrupt laptop BIOS.

You can also toggle the "AUTO" function. When do this, it will automatically erase the eeprom data, write and verifying flash data. To prevent any flash corruption.

My sansui 40 inch led TV 1 month after changing power supply board vertical lines appeared on left side of screen. Sometimes it run without trouble sometimes blackening of the screen comes again vertical lines appears. Is it the problem with motherboard ic?
