The sand will help dry the droppings and the Charcoal should help if they've picked up a Bug ( got sick ). There shouldn't be a sickness in the pen since the last Ducks were Stolen from you and weren't sick. They Look like Healthy Little Fluff-Balls, so as not to waste, Just sweep up the droppings for your Plants. From what you have Proven to US All you're doing good with Green Thumb. That's not off to a good start. You put those adorable ducks in a dirty pen that hasn't been cleaned out since the last ducks. Then you gave them food and water in dirty containers. Please clean out the old pen, or make a nice new brick one. Or even cement the floor. Then give them some sawdust or dried grass for bedding. Wash the inside and outside of the food and water containers and fill the water one with fresh clean water, not the muddy stuff from the pond. Please keep the ducks home and dishes clean because they want a clean home and nice food and water but they can't do it themselves. I'm also worried that it might still be too cold for them. They have been used to lots of friends to cuddle with and a heat lamp. If you can't put in a heat lamp maybe you could at least wrap some tarp around the outside to keep them warmer. I'm looking forward to watching them grow.
