I’d love to have teachers that are as passionate as this guy. My introductory linear algebra teacher comes into class and starts talking for 2 hours straight and doesn’t give half a fuck about whether or not people are actually learning.

MIT Professor G. Strang. And this guy (would like to know his name) are all you need. Use Strang's textbook and follow the KZfaq lectures. Once you have it down you can challenge any course. I also recommend following up with MatLab. There's a Matlab app for your phone.

I use the MatLab phone app to follow along... it's purely for entertainment, I'm not a student... Q transpose * Q does not equal the identity matrix. Q'*Q is not eye() .... inv(Q)*Q = eye() and Q*Q' = eye()

I also calculated something other than the identity for Q^T*Q. I checked it in symbolab too
