They changed the charging port! I recently bought one about two months ago and the charging port is a usb-c now

@@franzwolf2444 I returned mine. Didn't deliver enough sound for me it was too quet. Compared to other speakers that size and price it had decent bass and sound

I bought it today and it sounds great. It came with low battery and was discharged in a couple of hours, I am waiting for it to be fully charged to test the actual battery life. Thanks for your review. I update my comment to say that today I was testing it more thoroughly and found that the battery does not last more than 7h at high volume, which is quite disappointing. It also has 3 types of EQs but none of the 3 are good, I recommend using an external EQ. I use the equalizer of the BlackPlayer in Rock mode and the sound from the speaker improves a lot.

Why does it shut off, and don't say volume, when I have it turned down, it still cuts off. Also it won't turn on without the plug doesn't matter how long its plugged in. Not getting any help from the ortizan company. Please help

Bonjour Pour activer le Bluetooth il faut aller dans le paramètre téléphone et cherche l'enceinte orziizan et vous cliquez dessu et logiquement vous êtes relié. J'ai acheté la même en rose, et elle es pas mal

Alright, even though it’s been 8 whole months and you probably don’t have this question anymore. But holding down the button for 8 seconds will factory reset it and it let me connect to my phone even though it was previously connected to another phone

did you ever figure this out 😅 have the same question and even after factory reset it always automatically pairs to my previous device if it’s in range and I can’t switch to another device without disconnecting the Bluetooth from my previous device beforehand

I think having such a large amount of space and only using the tiny, frragiel USB-C standard sucks. They could and should use regular USB which doesn't fall apart so fast. I've gone through 2 USB-C speakers, just because they get loose too fast. And that is hardly ever plugging them in and out as many do. I leave them sit plugged-in on my table. Too bad!

Same process with any bluetooth devices. Make sure the speaker Bluetooth is flashing when you search on your smartphone.

You say nothing about charging. I need a new charger (after 2 months) and I’ve tried to find a replacement. I’ve ordered three and nothing works. The website is absolute useless. The manual also says absolutely nothing about charging.

@@noneyabuiznezz if you buy one today it's USB-C. You can tell by the FCC warnings are now on the charger flap, not the end of the speaker.

This speaker is on the weak side. the extra bass button is pretty bad, more like fake bass. This is the only speaker of 10 that i have purchased that distorts pretty easily. The 360 sound seems to be a gimic as well. there are plenty of other 30 dollar alternatives that are better quality.
