It's not been coming in every car brother. Issues iruku but proper PDI pani vandi delivery vangunga. After sales some cars la problm varthu, check ur tata service centre reliability on ur location. Then go for it. But, I prefere xuv 700 than the Safari

Tata needs to improve in their customer facing. They are poor in that compared to competitors. More than their product quality Tata should focus in this otherwise new customers will not step to buy. I was evaluating XUV 700 and Safari, as a customer I didn’t satisfy the way they handled. Mahindra was very good, as a customer I will worry post sales how the service will be, if they didn’t handle a customer properly during sale then nobody will gain confidence to buy.
