I like how they use finely diced cabbage for this instead of shredded. It makes for a much more uniformly shaped okonomiyaki.

This looks tasty, i have no idea what most of the ingredients are, but being 57 year old Irishman from rural Kentucky, i'll try anything once, we eat many things that most folks would not try/eat. Nice recipe chef. btw, i thought Osaka was in Japan unless there is one region called that in Korea.

大阪スタイルって…お好み焼きで差し水して蒸らすってあまり見たことないし、ヘラでそんなに押さえたらフワフワしなくなります。ちょっと焼き方が残念だけどチーズたっぷりで美味しそうですね。
