When Yuka's magic fingers hover over that piano, you never know what is going to come, but you can be sure it's going to be original and unique. In this novel version of Fly Me to the Moon, which I believe Yuka arranged, the changes of rhythm and tempo allow the bassist and drummer, both very talented jazz artists, to fully exrpess themselves. Add to that Yuka's versatility on the piano and the result is a jazz feast.

Appreciate the detailed and wonderful compliment! Whenever Yuka is involved in the band, there's something magical about her musical voice opening up so much space for the other musicians to express and be inspired at the same time. Beautiful, aggressive rhythms of pianist, Yuka Yanagihara allow for wondrously creative rhythmic explorations by drummer, Takashi Kuge and bassist, Satsuki Kusui. Yuka's harmonic inventiveness also allows bassist, Satsuki's melodic/harmonic freedom as well. Love your playing, especially - Yuka !!

There must have been something in the water on 2023/3/17 which infused everyone with exceptional inspiration. Ms. Yanagihara, Mr. Kusui, and of course, Mr. Kuge gave each tune their absolutely best interpretations. A great night thoughtfully shared with jazz aficionados. 😎

柳原由佳さんのピアノの演奏アレンジスタイル好きですね、なんかおしゃれでスマートな所も在り、力強さと繊細さも同居していて、耳にきれいな和音も交じり、素敵です。53年くらい前から、堺から阪堺線で行ける、帝塚山RUGTIMEやコーナーポイントに大学生時代から、時々行っていましたが、現役中はあちこちのJAZZBARに通いましたが、退職後あまりJAZZLIVEに行けず、堺や近隣の店にたまに行けるくらいで、この大阪ジャズチャンネル楽しみにしています。

柳原由佳さんのピアノ演奏のアレンジスタイル、好きですね。どことなく、おしゃれでスマートなところもあり、力強さと繊細さも同居していて、耳に心地よい和音も交じり、素敵です。 53年くらい前の大学生時代から、堺から阪堺線で行ける帝塚山RUGTIMEやコーナーポイントに時々行っていましたが、社会人の現役中はあちこちのJAZZBARに通ったものの、退職後は殆どJAZZLIVEに行けず、堺や近隣の店にたまに行けるくらいです。今はこちらの大阪ジャズチャンネル楽しみにしています。（僭越ながら、誰もが一目で読みやすいと思える見た目になる様に、重複する無駄な単語を省き、改行も行ない、文章を整理した上で書き直させて頂きました。長文でお書きになるなら、元のコメントの様な「一筆書き」でお書きになるのは避ける事をお勧めします。）
