Favorite Oscar moment is when there's a gathering in the meeting room and Michael is using a southern accent for some reason. Oscar bursts in to tell Michael about this emergency that's ongoing and he gets stopped mid explanation because he is using the wrong dialect. So to humor Micheal he tries to talk southern and after a couple tries he has to switch back to normal. I bet he had a lot of fun with that scene.

The first time I had a laughing fit with an Office joke, it was with "The hospital will provide dictionaries, bring a Thesaurus!" The whole scene was so chaotic, and Oscar's delivery was just cherry on top. I laughed for, like, 5 minutes. Definitely one of my favorite characters.

No way, the last seasons of the office when Michael was in charge were just grade 7, it's like they hadn't ideas to his character anymore. With Andy is different, it's a new aspect and new opportunities to a character who always seemed to do nothing else than laughing and being a bad salesman.
