Learn how to use a function generator together with an oscilloscope. This video series introduces basic DC circuit design and analysis methods, related tools and equipment, and is appropriate for first year university undergraduate students.

Thanks. I wish I had a teacher like you. Nowadays some oscilloscopes have built-in function generators but I shied away from buying one since it's probably a comprise. Best to have separate dedicated units. Count me as a new subscriber. Excellent job.

@@adannerI have read/ heard on videos that some people recommend connecting the oscilloscope to a floating power supply due to safety reasons and that is confusing to me. Can you explain that please. Thank you

That CMOS square wave output could be used as a steady clock source, I suppose. A few (handfuls of) flip flops, and you're down to dance music territory.
