The Oshkosh JLTV quickly adjusts to achieve diverse transportability needs-by air (CH-47 and CH-53 helicopters’ C-130, C-5, C-17 and A400 Cargo fixed-wing aircraft), land and sea. And it’s ready on arrival, giving troops the reliability and performance needed for harsh battlefield environments
The JLTV achieves the level of protected mobility required to improve survivability in missions today and tomorrow with scalable crew protection installed or removed in the field.

Overly complex. Especially the drive. To go to sustained combat, the vehicle needs yo be WW2 simple. In the video I didn't see anything that a vehicle in Ukraine would face. All those electronics are great sometimes but not in a war. And IFS is inferior to straight axles off road. The vehicle is a jobs program.

Yeah I agree. I had a 1960s Willy's CJ5 back when I was a teenager in the late 1970s and I was able to take apart the engine, pull out the transmition, etc... all on my own without access to specialty tools. training or a workshop. They were designed to be serviced this way by army grunts in the field.
