energy and consciousness are two opposite side of the same coin. when watcher becomes watched. it turns 360 deg. like a snake eating its own tail in metaphor but there is no harm it is your nature.

@Geleeuw You enter the Silence of the Heart. You live from the ♡Silence-of-the-Heart♡. Also called living from the right-brain. The left-brain is the noisy thinker. And the right-brain is the silent watcher. When you need your mind / use it. When you do NOT need to think or talk, just enter this joyful silent space of yourself.

That’s fucking true the miracle happens in the silent moments, I’ve don’t it, just try to observe-watch the thoughts for 3-4 for hours you will get it by your own, and the clarity will reveal it’s self, you won’t ducking believe it how it’s immensely beautiful that thought would never ever possible can imagine, the good thing it’s totally there to be discovered that’s completely different dimension that’s what people called nirvana

@@nithilammathskaraikudi4830 sir try it and you will find it out,I would just suggest to forget about all the things that you think you have to do that day and spent 3-4 hours not doing anything but observing all your thoughts, try to listen your voice with attention like you would listen to someone whois gonna tell the most important things in your life.It is hard to explain but it is tottaly possible if the meditation happend first time i tried it will happen with "you" since our brain is the same and we are all one.

I've been listening and reading the teachings of Bhagwan (Osho) for many years....a wonderful guru. I very much appreciate the converting his audio into digital format, but find it disruptive to hear that the editing has taken out the sounds around him in his talks. To me ...all those sounds were an integral part of the moment in all of his talks. Namaste 🙏💗

He looks far into the distance, which is how the eyes were designed to be used for humans. But when he is listening or speaking to someone, you'll see that he looks directly into their eyes and sometimes, past their eyes.

No it does not take centuries.It is easy if you sit determined to do the method. I realised it, 10 months ago, when i sat seriously to practise it. I was measuring my breath and about in 50th breath i began to observe me to observe the breath. My observation become me. It comes without any try . It is a natural pass. And the point is that i did not know that the target is the observer to become the observed. I did not knew this point of theory of meditaton. But when it happened, i realised that this must be the impotrant point. The target. For 2-3 days after, good things are flowing to me easily, immediately. Other people would called it as big strange luck. But i knew that it was a bliss.
