Police, Security and VIP vehicles (cars and motorcycles) from the Norwegian police can be seen here in Oslo in connection with a NATO meeting in June 2023. Including Ford Explorer ST-line and Volvo V90 Cross County police cars and BMW and Mercedes-Benz security vehicles. Also command vehicles from Oslo Police Department , EMS (Ambulansetjenesten) and Oslo Fire Department (brann- og redningsetaten).

Norway on a budget now? We used to have real cars. Mercedes, BMW Etc. ... -Why buy from Usrael ?

20 years ago the norwegian police drove Nissan Primera, Ford Mondeo, Peugeot 406 and some some Volvo models, nowday they have more "premium" models

On a budget? Did you watch the video? Almost all the cars you see are either BMW or Mercedes... The Ford Explorer costs more than the BMW X5 that the Norwegian police used earlier. The Volvo V90 CC cost about the same as the BMW 520d they previously used. There's nothing "budget" about the current cars used by the Norwegian police. And btw, the Explorer is made by Ford Europe, in Cologne, Germany.
