So why did I make this? Because I am a mad woman haha. But really, I've always had the vision for this project ever since ~10 years ago and now with the new anime, I decided to finally revisit it (been working on this ever since the first PV release).
Also apologies if I got some translations wrong and there's some I just left blank.

This is incredible, the pacing and motion graphics are spot on. It also fits nicely into two 22 minute segments *wink*. Let's see if Bridge and the crew in charge of the new adaptation manage to top your work in a couple of months! Congratulations.🔥

@@lorddukfoxyzeppeli7921 Hi! That audio part wasn't in the manga so I didn't have a reference for the english translation. Actually the subtitles are just my guesses based on word by word vocabulary haha I just wasn't able to ask someone who could translate the 29:15 part for me

K: To such an extent.* M: Well then, thanks. * That "Osonai dayo" was tricky to find on the vocabulary, I never heard of it before but it fits the conversation the vocabulary says is a dialect expression from Kansai, in Honshū. And iirc, it is said in the manga that Yoh's grandma lives in Honshū, so it should be correct.

Pristine work, I’m crying!😭 Kinda gives me an idea how they may break the arc into 2-3 episodes this time. Definitely can’t wait until they adapt the Osorezan arc into the 2021 anime remake!😍

This is gorgeous!! Look how clean and polished this scans are, 21:11, 21:20 and 41:34 are some of my favorite drawings in the entire manga and I've never seen them so beautifully. Cutting the balloons and adding little movements must have been no joke too, I admire you for such a dedication.

thanks so much!! lol I was having a difficult time with the shot at 21:11 but did figure it out. Can't mess up Anna's big scene!! and yes, cleaning everything up and arranging them in layers did took majority of the work and time 😭🙏

@@lorddukfoxyzeppeli7921 This video covers the first half of the arc which is in volume 19 of the manga. The rest of the story arc picks up on volume 20 and what happens after their shrine visit :) I'm still figuring out what to do for part 2/2 but it won't be done any time soon, I want to work on a different long-term shaman king project first haha

@@lorddukfoxyzeppeli7921 yes this is a flashback arc hmmm given that, you won't really get spoiled for the actual main plot of the anime. This arc just really provides an emotional background to the characters which you'll be able to understand more if you have more of the context of the anime. Hope you'll give it a shot

ahhh duuude around 6-7 months but with breaks in between, and i got faster towards the end! so the animations are better planned there thank you!!
