As the saying Goes thus/// An Empty Bag can not Stand/// So for that simple Reason, we must go into Agriculture all types of it for that matter for The Bags can be to stand upright to be able to do what they are supposed to do. Agriculture and any sort of it for that matter is The Back Bone of any Nation because the people of those Nations can not be able to do anything if their stomach are Empty. Agriculture must be the priority of any Government and private partners for Agriculture to flourish in their countries. Like in The Gambia, Jahale Pajar and many other Rice growing Areas in The Upper River Regions, must be under the Radar of The Barrow Administration or any other Administration, in order to Priorities the Priorities as far as Agriculture Especially in Rice Cultivation, because RICE as we Know it , is Gambias Stable Food.
