Players must win the hole outright to win the skins
If 2 players score the same on the hole the current skins push to the next hole

I have witnessed both of Levi's tournament aces now. This one will probably be his most memorable. It was quite a thrilling event all round. Thanks to OTB, GK Pro, and of course, The Tall Paul - Mr. Oman!
