The input shaft seal on your steering gearbox ensures that you will not experience any fluid loss. If you have a leak at your gearbox, be sure to replace it as soon as possible to avoid losing too much fluid. This leak can ultimately damage your steering gearbox.

How is it different, If steering gearbox is from ZF instead of TRW(You Covered)?

This guys are instructing incorrect technicians. For one you not suport drill in the gear box because you can damaged the base with the drill bit or the screw And you need to use the correct tool to install the seal a socket is not correct
