THE way He uses his little hands looks almost human. He's so dexterous it's unreal. His front paws are like the hands of a primate almost. He's so cool this otter. That was so adorable! Bingo trying to help. I loved it when he saw the shaved ice machine. I think Bingo thought it was a toy LOL! Then, when he got his first bowl of shaved ice. I could almost hear Bingo asking "What is this, daddy, how do I eat it?" LOL!!!!
